Teyana Taylor gets slammed after losing her wig in the middle of her performance in video

Teyana Taylor proved herself to be a true professional when her wig came off during a concert, and the singer did not miss a beat in her performance.

Taylor has always been one energetic bundle of talent, whether she’s making music or portraying any character as an actress.

She shared a video clip from her Saturday night concert performance at 9:30 club in Washington D.C. and wrote in the caption:

"Here’s a recap of the wig snatching in DC last night!"

The clip showed Taylor performing one of her songs on stage with energy so intense that it swept the crowd right along.

Suddenly, her wig came off, and instead of becoming disoriented, Taylor kept on performing as though nothing happened.

She even grabbed the wig and swung it in the air like it was a part of her dance routine.

Concert goers went wild when they saw how expertly Taylor handled the mishap.

She later came out on stage wearing the wig secured under a baseball cap, and at one point a member of the crowd also took off her wig and passed it to the singer.

The G.O.O.D music artiste had succeeded in making her mistake look cool. Genius!

She wrote in her Instagram video which has now garnered over 1 million views:

“No wig formed against me shall prosper. … Omg, I love y’all!!!! WE ALL KEPT THAT SAMEEEEE ENERGY!!! Yesterday was tooo litttttttt!!!! The show must go on ALWAYS!!!!!”

One Instagram user crept into the comments section and slammed the mother-of-one, saying she was “embarrassing her whole family.”

In true Teyana-style, the singer fired back, letting the troll know that her sold-out show was more important than the wig falling off:

"How am I embarrassing my family? Because MY WIG flew off during MY SOLD OUT CONCERT?? The show must go on Petunia!! The WIG wasn't secured last night, but the COIN was. Have a blessed day sis."
