Now that Riley Burruss has turned 16, she made sure to dress for the occasion by having a colorful birthday photoshoot in a sequinned mini-skirt and thigh-high boots.


After Riley Burruss grew up in the public eye thanks to her mom's show "Real Housewives of Atlanta", it was only fitting for her to celebrate her 16th birthday in style.

She underwent a makeover for a photo shoot just in time for her birthday, and the result was stunning.

The aspiring lawyer had a face full of glowing makeup, ironing her usually curly hair. Her new silky straight hairstyle fell right below her hips. After losing more than 50 pounds due to a rigorous fitness workout, she made sure to dress to impress in a hot pink low-cut top, a tight sequined mini skirt, and a pair of thigh-high boots.


Prior to her birthday, Riley appeared alongside her mother on the "Sister Circle", where she also made sure to dress up. For this particular occasion, her makeup highlighted her beautiful facial features, which was enhanced even more with her hair styled in big curly waves.

During their appearance, she sported a white top, a beige mini skirt, and a stylish coat. She stood confidently beside her mother, who sported a body-hugging olive green collared dress that featured a low neckline and was cinched at the waist with a wide belt.


After their stint at the show, the mother-and-daughter duo posed for a photo which showed their striking resemblance.

Numerous reports have previously shown Riley's impressive weight loss journey, which she concluded after eight long months of working out daily that needed a lot of discipline. On Instagram, the proud mother paid tribute to her daughter's hard work.


“I’m so proud of my baby @rileyburruss! Last year (around September I think) Riley decided to get serious about being fit. With the help of her trainer @iamthekingoffitness she’s lost 52lbs!!!! & she did it the right way by working out 5 days a week & watching her calorie intake.”

Riley's fitness training included daily strenuous workouts with a personal fitness trainer. While there were both good and bad days, the 16-year-old's drive to lose weight made everything worth it and she eventually pulled it off, losing a total of 53 pounds.
