The mother-daughter duo was DeGeneres' guests on Thursday's episode, September 20, 2018, and Hudson guaranteed the host that she never had someone so pregnant on the show.

According to the actress, her waters can go at any second and that she is very excited to have another baby after giving birth to son Bingham in 2011.

FOOD IS LIFE

Hudson, who wore a fantastic black pantsuit, contrasting with her mother's white summer dress, said that, back then, Hawn wasn't much help during labor.

Although she stayed by Hudson's side for a while, the 72-year-old told DeGeneres that she eventually left her daughter because she was hungry.

“She was in the stirrups and everything and was dilated. So I said, ‘I’m really hungry, I’m just going to come back, and 'I came back with pizza and Doritos.”

THE BABY'S NAME

But that wasn't all; Hudson stepped in to say that her mother asked her how long she would be in labor because she wanted to go swimming but didn't want to miss the big moment.

When asked if they already had a name picked out for the baby, Hudson confessed that she and her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, still hadn't reached a consensus.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD'S PREGNANCY

But Hudson isn't the only celebrity that is currently expecting; Carrie Underwood also has a baby bump, which could be seen when she received her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The country singer had the honor of getting the star on Thursday and had the full support of her husband Mike Fisher, son Isaiah, mentor Simon Cowell and friend Brad Paisley during the ceremony.
