Mariah Carey melts hearts sharing photo with daughter in white princess dress & son in suit

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s twins are growing up fast. And in a recent pic shared by the songstress on Instagram, Moroccan and Monroe look like they stepped out of a magazine.

The 7-year-old twins look adorable and ready for the flashes in a recent pic shared by Carey from her nephew’s wedding. The trio attended the ceremony of one Shawn McDonald and his wife, Brie, and Moroccan & Monroe stole the spotlight with their looks.

In the pic, Moroccan is rocking a black suit, and a white t-shirt with his curly locks styled perfectly as it to frame his little face. His sister, on the other hand, donned a gorgeous white dress with an embroidered top and a tulle skirt, adorned with a sparkling belt.

Monroe completed the look with a pair of necklaces and a flower crown, as she let her curly locks flow down her shoulders and got rid of her glasses for the day. Mariah’s dress is not visible in the pic, but her big smile says that she had a great time with her kids at such an important event for her family.

“Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. McDonald! @shawnpmcd,” she captioned the pic.

Fans took to her comment section to praise the twins and their beautiful outfits. “Congratulations your kids are beautiful God bless them always,” wrote one fan, and another added, “Those kids are gorgeous darling, love you always my idol Mariah Carey,” and a third one said “Omg they are growing up so fast and such cuties! Should be very proud your a great mama!”

According to what Mariah told People magazine a few months ago, her twins are in the low percentage of kids that get excited about doing chores. However, the difference lays in the fact that they want to get paid to do what they have to do, as Carey explained:

“The other day Rocky gave me a piece of paper that had ‘My Chores List’ and all the things he had done. Then he was like, ‘You know, we need some money for that!’ It's just a great time to see them and watch them evolve as people.”

The 48-year-old also revealed that she’s trying to raise her kids so they can stay grounded although all the luxuries hey must have in life, an effort that Mariah’s ex, Nick Cannon is also taking part on.

“They’re learning to do things for themselves a little more,” said Carey. “They have nannies and people who help them, so of course they can start to think that’s normal, but it’s not. They need to learn how to do things for themselves!”
