Kate Middleton's sister appears in the cutest coat, emphasizing her huge baby bump

The Duchess’ sister Pippa Middleton was spotted after her round at the KX Gym in Kensington. Her baby bump which is almost ready to pop was on show as she struts proudly away from the Gym.

There are many benefits to exercising while pregnant and Pippa has certainly explored these, chief among them is swimming. She enjoys this and adds this to her exercise routine while at the KX Gym.

“Swimming throughout pregnancy offers a wonderful feeling of weightlessness” 

In her column for Waitrose Weekend recently, Middleton gave insight to her readers about the benefits of swimming while pregnant. She expressed how enjoyable the experience has been and gave her stamp of approval.

“From personal experience I’d confidently say I find it has been the most enjoyable and rewarding form of exercise”

While swimming has its rewards and seems to be her preferred exercise activity. Pippa Middleton was also breaking a sweat while at the gym on Tuesday September 25. She participated in ballet training. Ballet training is said to improve upper body strength, strengthen the core and improve balance. This is how Pippa Middleton maintains her fitness during her pregnancy, and she continues to glow wearing her baby bump. One onlooker outside of the gym noted how happy she looked when leaving.

She glows and it shows and her baby bump is getting all the love and care it needs. It was kept warm with her tea dress, trainers and a royal blue wool coat. Middleton has certainly maintained her high sense of fashion during her pregnancy as she has adorned herself with gorgeous maternity outfits.

It started with her silk Hepburn, mint green and pink dress which she wore to the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle earlier in 2018.  As the baby bump grew her maternity outfits were adjusted, all the while providing comfort and style.

Pippa Middleton’s baby bump may pop any day now and we are excited to see who will be added to the royal family.
