Amber Alert issued for 12-year-old girl believed to have been abducted

She was last seen wearing a pair of faded red jeans with a white tank top as she got into the red Ford Mustang vehicle.
Her last known location was at the Staten Island Ferry on Thursday afternoon, carrying her light-colored backpack.
The vehicle has since been found but Johnson is still missing, and a case of child abduction is being investigated. The alert video can be seen below.
Authorities believe she may still be in the New York area. They have also detained two suspects connected to the case.
Police are asking members of the community to be on the lookout and contact 911 or the Washington County Sheriff's Office on 866-NYS-AMBER if they have any information.
Over in Florida, investigation officers also issued an AMBER alert for 7-year-old Brian Mejias and 6-year-old Gabriela Mejias.
Brian was wearing a red shirt and jean shorts at the time of their disappearance, and Gabriela was wearing a pink dress.
The vehicle may be traveling in a convoy consisting of a beige Chevy Tahoe or Suburban, and a grey Chevy Tahoe or Suburban.
The Camry has dark tinted windows, they grey vehicle has light tinted windows, and the beige vehicle has no tint.
If you spot the two missing children or the three vehicles, please contact the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office on 386-362-2222.
There is still hope for Johnson and the Mejias siblings, unlike 6-year-old Maddox Ritch, whose body was found North Carolina yesterday.
Ritch had autism and went missing over the weekend at Gastonia Park. The full account can be read here.
