A video showing a woman getting into a private party and sitting at a reserved table became viral after she got the members of the celebration kicked out of the place.

According to Kodili Okechukwu, who shared the videos on Facebook and explained the entire situation, she and her group of friends reserved a table at the Overdrive Lounge in Solis Two Porsche Drive, Atlanta, Georgia, to celebrate the birthday of a friend.

They were having a good time until the lady, who was apparently drunk, interrupted their party and sat down at their table. They tried to explain to her that it was a private party, so she was not invited, but the lady kept wondering about the “reserved” sign.

When the group of black friends asked her to leave, she replied aggressively.

Soon later, a man wearing a green shirt sat next to the disrespectful woman, whose name is Sonya Pate, and asked Okechukwu to stop recording.

Minutes after that, the manager of the place showed up and talked to the woman and the man next to her, but did not ask them to move.

THE MANAGER DIDN’T DO ANYTHING

Okechukwu’s friends asked the manager to continue his conversation with the pair somewhere else as they were trying to have a good time, but he also refused.

Things went worse when one of Okechukwu’s friends, whom she described as a black 6-foot-3-inch man, allegedly tapped the manager on the shoulder so they could talk in private.

What was supposed to be a celebration ended up in a very uncomfortable experience as the group was kicked out of the place that they had reserved.

ENJOYING THE SITUATION

Okechukwu pointed out that Pate, who started the entire problem, stayed at the seat for a while smiling while her group was leaving the establishment.

One of the friends who were with Pate, who was white, was recording the entire incident while laughing and hugging Pate as if she enjoyed the outcome.

A COMMON SITUATION

Okechukwu finally wrote in her post that all the valets of the place told them that what they went through was a common situation and it was the reason why they never invited their friends there.

As soon as Okechukwu’s post went viral people started saying that it was a racial incident, pointing out that any sign of racism or race-related bullying should be banned. Thankfully, Pate’s video went viral, and she was fired from her job at Porsche.

A SIMILAR RACIST ISSUE

Something similar took place in an Applebee’s restaurant. This time, the victim was 26-year-old waitress Jasmine Brewer, who didn’t get a tip but an awful note.

When the family left the establishment, Brewer went to the table to get the checkbook back, and found a note that read “we DON’T tip black people.” The restaurant later released a statement saying that it was an unacceptable incident and defending their employee.
