Prince William and Duchess Catherine are determined to ensure Prince George grows up with a childhood away from the public eye. As a result, young Prince George is not seen in public or on tours often. However, the young prince does accompany his parents on some tours.

His first official public appearance was on the balcony of Buckingham Palace after the Trooping the Colour parade on the Queen's birthday. In April 2014, Prince George went on his first royal tour with his parents. They spent three weeks in New Zealand and Australia. Prince George made two appearances while there.

    Trivia:

    • Prince George is the grandson of Prince Charles and Princess Diana
    • He was born in the same hospital as his father
