'RHOA' guest star Marlo Hampton shows off snatched waist in pic after impressive weight loss

Marlo Hampton's trainer took to Instagram to show off "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," guest star's before and after images of her amazing weight loss journey.

Fans were left stunned by the latest Instagram images shared by a trainer who attributed Marlo Hampton's weight loss to a combination of diet and hard work.

Even though she is not a permanent member of the cast, Hampton is clearly gearing up to look amazing on the next season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

With her fitness goals firmly set in place, Hampton had employed the help of a fitness expert. Together they formulated the ultimate plan designed to ensure that she would achieve her goals.

Hampton reportedly started with her focus on fitness and exercise. The plan called for her to work out three to four times a week. She was also required to change her diet.

In the post, her trainer expressed that Hampton is extremely happy with the increased definition in her waist area and arms. He also emphasized how quickly she achieved the results using the plan.

Hampton stressed the importance of diet. She opted for a high protein diet and lowered her intake of carbohydrates and fats.

During the last month, she stuck to her training plan and diet. She also introduced 16-hour intermittent fasting. However, she was allowed to occasionally indulge in fried foods and a glass of wine every day.

If her latest Instagram posts are any indication, Marlo is feeling super confident in her new body.

Her fans were extremely impressed with the transformation and many took to the comments section to congratulate her.

It is not the first time, Marlo Hampton has had fans wanting to recreate her look. Not only is she a trendsetter and stylist, but she also designs some of her own clothes.

In 2008, before she became a reality TV star, she owned a boutique. Though the boutique has since closed, she has hinted that she might open another store in the future. She also has a line of hair extensions.

Hampton's transformation coincides with former peach holder, Kenya Moore, being fired from the show.

With Moore not returning for the 11th season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Marlo Hampton stands a chance to finally land the coveted spot as one of the show's peaches.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" returns on November 4, and Marlo Hampton intends on being ready for the screen to no doubt impress fans with her new look.
