Video shows dog's hilarious reaction when owner told him they had to go to the vet
A Shiba Inu dog just hates going to the vet, and she has mastered a hilarious trick for getting away from a visit.
Lulu lives in a beautiful New Zealand home with her owner, Micki Fox. The Shiba Inu is usually an upbeat dog right from the start of the morning, but on particular days she doesn’t enjoy doing much than playing dead.
In a hilarious video uploaded to YouTube, Lulu is seen throwing tantrums by playing dead, refusing to get up from his bed. Fox makes an attempt at convincing the dog to wake up with her soft voice and loving caresses but nothing seems to work on Lulu.
Then Fox drops an even bigger news that makes the pup deliver his ‘playing dead’ tantrum with even more conviction. “Let’s go to the vet soon, sweetheart,” she says in the video.

Fox then decided to record Lulu’s hilarious antics, all the while trying to convince her to wake up and go to the vet.
She pulled the blankets from the dog, exposing his legs and bare belly. But nothing made Lulu nudge from its “dead” position. It remained adamant on convincing Fox that it was really dead and there indeed was no need to visit the vet.
When no amount of cajoling and soft talking seemed to work on this Shiba Inu, Fox decided to try a different approach. She knew exactly what would bring her dog back to her exuberant self.
She pulled out some treats and announced, “Oh, well, dead dogs do not get treats.”
As soon as Lulu heard this, she poked her head up and turned toward Fox. It then jumped from its position and sprang over to Fox in the hopes of getting treats.
The hilarious antics of Lulu has so far been viewed more than four million times and has been liked by more than 69,000 people on YouTube.
As Lulu has shown with this viral video, a Shiba Inu can often be one of the best breeds of dog that one may own. They are not only one of the smartest but also most fun-loving dogs, as reported by Odyssey.

However, Lulu is not one of the only adorable dogs who throw cute tantrums from time to time. Several dogs have been recorded on video resorting to hilarious antics when things don’t go their way.
