Gay escort opens up about 10-month relationship with Chris Watts who paid for his lip injection

Trent Bolte is a male escort who allegedly started having an affair with convicted murderer Chris Watts last year in June. The pair saw each other for 10-months.

Bolte claims that Watts gave him money and even paid for his lip injections. The escort revealed that he only found out Watts was married in February.

Trent Bolte, 28, has claimed that he and Chris Watts, 33, were in a gay relationship that ended this past Spring. The male escort shared that the two would spend time together in a remote cabin in Wyoming.

Bolte’s mother Colleen confirmed the allegations while being interviewed by a Colorado Bureau of Investigation agent. The escort first made his claims about Watts through a Facebook post in August soon after the murders.

However, at the time, Bolte couldn’t be tracked down. His boyfriend had kicked him out of their apartment after learning that Bolte had been working as a male escort.

He’d left his mother’s contact details and investigators got in touch with her. She confirmed that her son admitted he was seeing Watts long before the “horrible crime” occurred.

Colleen also confirmed that Watts “gave him money.” She added that the married man with two children had also “paid him $250, $80, and $60 on separate occasions” including her son's “lip injections.”

The male escort’s mother also revealed that in March she’d called him and he told her he was watching their cabin in Wyoming. He shared with her that he was with a friend named Chris from Colorado for the weekend.

Bolte’s Facebook post had read:

“We had relations off and on from last June up until March or April. I found out he was married with kids in February. I didn’t know that when we first met. I can only speak for myself but before this happened, I would’ve 100% told you that Chris isn’t a murderer nor a sociopath. He told me he was the victim of emotional and mental abuse and was stuck in a loveless marriage but was so scared to leave because of Bella and Celeste.”

However, the police had chosen to focus on Watts’ mistress, Nichol Kessinger. Watts had been seeing her for around two months and planned to leave his wife to be with her.

Kessinger told investigators that he and his wife Shanann “did not get along well and their financial life was also troubling.” She revealed that he was struggling with finances and his wife wasn’t very helpful when it came to that.

The mistress added that she didn’t believe her affair with Watts was the catalyst for the murders although it may have “accelerated the process.” She told investigators that “money is the biggest catalyst for this event happening.”

However, prosecutors disagreed as they believed Watt's had murdered his family because he wished to start a new life with Kessinger. The father-of-two was convicted of killing his pregnant wife along with their two daughters Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3.

He was sentenced to five life sentences in prison for also killing their unborn son Niko. Watts had pleaded guilty to killing his family on the night of August 12 in their in Frederick, Colorado home.

He dumped their bodies in oil at a company he had worked for and had access to.

Weeks before Watts murdered his whole family; his wife had noticed that he was becoming cold and distant. She even canceled a party where she was to reveal her unborn child’s gender because of their rift.
