JOY BEHAR CALLED FOR DONALD TRUMP'S RESIGNATION

In the aftermath of Michael Cohen's admitting that he lied to Congress about Donald Trump's involvement with the "Moscow Project," the co-host of "The View," Joy Behar, called for the President's immediate resignation:

“Today is a good day for Donald Trump to resign. I really believe that.”

Behar's statement followed the investigation into Russian involvement in the 2016 Presidential ELections that put Trump in the Oval Office.

The investigation is led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller and confronted by the evidence they had gathered, Cohen pleaded guilty to perjuring himself and misleading the Congressional Committee.

“The View” co-host Sunny Hostin stated that she believed that Cohen's admission meant that there was "hard proof" of wrong-doing, which might include tapes:

“There will be negotiation documents. There could be tapes. When people lie to federal prosecutors, don’t they know the federal prosecutors don’t ask questions they don’t know the answers to already?"

Michael Cohen now faces a possible sentence of 5 years in a Federal Prison and a $250,000 fine.
