John Stamos delighted fans with adorable Christmas photo of his newborn son

It's Billy's first Christmas and his dad, "Fuller House" actor, John Stamos, gushed about it on Instagram.

The doting father posted a couple of images, some about friends and some of his family. One had him, his wife, Caitlin McHugh, and their cute little eight-month-old son, all wearing Christmas hats. It was indeed a lovely sight.

The goofy picture was captioned: "#MerryChristmas from my real family to yours. XO"

The caption was an attempt at being funny; the actor also posted pictures of friends on his page and referred to them as "fake family."

There was a lot of heartfelt comments on his page; people couldn't believe how lovely the family looked in the picture as the father and mother snuggled up to their baby boy.

Billy was born into the family in April, just two months after the couple got married. Stamos later shared his pictures with the world.

On Father's day, he shared a picture with a heartfelt message:

'My first Father's Day means that I don't have to hand a kid back to the parents when someone yells cut, It means when people ask me if I'm a father, I don't have to use the goofy line, "No, but I play one on TV" '

Family is indeed the best gift of Christmas, and John has both a "fake" and real one.
