On the episode, the couple tried to have a threesome with Ava who was played by Willa Fitzgerald. She later accuses them of rape prompting the detectives to get a warrant to search their home.

The police end up finding USB drives which have recordings of the couple’s sexual encounters. The authority’s tech team finds an encrypted video which launches the first plot twist in the episode.

The clip appears to show an underage 14-year-old girl named Cici being forced to perform oral sex on Barron. Detectives end up investigating the whereabouts of the missing girl.

When they find the exact location where the video was filmed, they break open some wooden slats on a wall and a girl’s body is revealed.

Mariska Hargitay who plays Department Lieutenant Olivia Benson eventually realizes that Cici is actually Parker while she interviews her. This bizarre twist means that the identity of the deceased girl is still unknown.

After being confronted with the truth, Parker confesses that the body the detectives found was that of a girl named Moira. Barron and Parker had met her at a bowling alley in Brooklyn.

After going home with her, Parker revealed that the next day she woke up and Moira was gone. Barron told her that Moira had gone home.

The doctor then claimed that he was putting up the wood paneling on the wall to stop a leak. Benson eventually gets through to Parker by telling her that Barron is looking for the perfect woman.

She shared that this was the reason he kept bringing other women into bed with them. Rollins played by Kelli Giddish interviewed Barron.

Parker confessed to Benson what they did with Ava and in the end, she agreed to testify against the doctor. She was also reunited with her father.

However, the identity of the murdered girl was not resolved as the police found two Moiras who went missing around the time the video was filmed. Fans were thrilled with the direction the episode took.
