Joanna Gaines shares sweet photo of two of her daughters celebrating 'ladies night'

Over the weekend, in the Gaines family, it was ladies night. The actress took time out for her cute girls, and luckily showed us some of the fun they had on Instagram.

Joanna Gaines is a mother of five - three sons Drake, Duke, and Cree; two daughters, Ella Rose and Emmie Kay.

Having a large family can be overwhelming, and sometimes that is why you need 'girls night' as often as possible.

The HGTV star posted an image of her two girls on her Instagram page having fun over the weekend. They not only looked so cute, but the scene also had a natural and peaceful feel to it.

The photo shows one of her daughters' sitting in a chair with her leg in a pedicure tub. The other girl dutifully stood beside her sister; helping her fix the face mask she had on.

She captioned the beautiful picture, "Ladies night."

Gaines, on the other hand, was nowhere to be found; from the look of things, someone had to capture the moment, and that responsibility was devoted to the actress.

Ladies night was not the only fun part of the Gaines' weekend. On Sunday, the mother of five shared some clips on her story. These videos showed some lovely looking, mouth watering Greek-inspired dishes that could make the mouth wet.

She named this event "Mediterranean night."Joanna has been working on various projects; thereby very busy. This fact could be what inspired the different "nights" the star and her family had during the weekend.

One of the many projects is her upcoming book "We Are The Gardeners"; co-written by her kids.

“The garden has always been a place that inspires me. There’s something about digging deep into fresh soil or watching new life burst from what was not long ago just a tiny seed that reinforces what a gift life is. I think that’s part of why my kids have come to love spending time in the garden just as much as I do.” - Gaines

According to the best selling author, this book is a way for her family to share their love of the " garden" with the world. The fantasy book will wow the audience.

Joanna and her husband, Chip welcomed their baby boy Crew six months ago, and the toddler has grown bigger in his recent pictures. The couple couldn't be happier for the additional blessing. You better watch out for this big family.
