Kelly Ripa’s photo from 10 years ago compared to her pic now proves she’s only getting better

Kelly Ripa shared a throwback photo of herself and her husband, sending out an adorable message of love and commitment.

The “Live with Kelly and Ryan” host took to Instagram to take part in the ongoing “10 Year Challenge” which is trending on social media.

She shared two snapshots of herself and her husband, Mark Consuelos, one of which is a 10-year-old photograph of the couple.

The “10 Year Challenge” requires the social media users to post a 10-year-old photo of themselves along with their current profile picture from this year.

Rather than sharing a solo snap, Ripa decided to go a step beyond the trend by including her husband in the photograph.

In the old throwback photo, Ripa is dressed in a navy blue maxi dress and her blonde hair is pulled halfway back as she holds Consuelos’s hand. Consuelos looks stunning in a black suit and has sported a much longer hair.

Another photograph sees Ripa and Consuelos posing for the camera during a recent event. Ripa looks glamorous in a silky, navy dress with her long locks allowed to fall down, curly.

She has an arm around her husband, Consuelos, who has yet again donned a black suit similar to the one he wore 10 years ago.

Ripa adorably captioned the post, “closer now,” before adding the hashtag, “#10yearchallenge.”

Her post has so far gathered over 170,000 likes and comments of praises from over thousands of social media users.

Now celebrating almost 22 years of a happy marriage, Ripa and Consuelos are truly one of the strongest couples in Hollywood.

The star host recently opened up about how she and husband Consuelos keep their relationship going strong these days, especially with him being busy on the shoot of his show, “Riverdale,” in Vancouver.

Ripa said that they text each other a lot because one of them is always busy on the set. They even FaceTime each other whenever they get time.
