Four people, including a baby, were allegedly killed by a family member with knives and an ax in a rural house in Woodburn, Oregon.

"A shocking scene". This is how Clackamas County police in the state of Oregon described the place where Mark Gago committed four murders and was killed when he was about to kill an 8-year-old girl.

The agents arrived at the house after a 911 call in which they reported a possible multiple-homicide and found the body of one of the victims at the entrance.

After completing the autopsies, the Forensic Office declared that the victims of the crime that occurred on Saturday were killed by a violent attack of the murderer, who was later killed at the hands of the police. For more on this story go to our Twitter account @amomama_usa.

Mark Leo Gregory Gago, 42, was reportedly suspected of killing four of his relatives: mother, girlfriend, daughter, and the partner of his mother, and attempting to kill his stepdaughter, Hailey Grimm, 8 years old, when he was killed while assaulting the girl violently.

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that heavy trauma due to acute force was the cause of the death of 9-month-old Olivia Gago; Shaina Sweitzer, 31, and Pamela Bremer, 64.

Jerry Bremer, 66, a partner of the killer's mother, died of a combination of blunt force trauma and acute force trauma.

Tracy Burbank, 40, who shared a room in the house of the incident and managed to escape the murderer and ask for help from a neighbor, was injured but without mortal danger.

The neighbor said that Burbank said after fleeing that Gago appeared to be under the influence of drugs. "Please, allow me the time and space to heal and move forward," Burbank said in a statement.

Relatives of the surviving girl told The Oregonian newspaper that Gago, with an ax and bloody hands, grabbed the girl by the hair, spoke with riddles, threw her against a wall and put her hands around his neck. The agents shot him before he could continue.

The relatives of the girl rescued by the police said that "the support has been a great consolation for her, but we ask that her privacy is respected while she is cured."

A memorial with candles, flowers and teddy bears was placed next to the homicide house last Sunday and a GoFundMe account in the name of Hailey has obtained more than $ 4,120 of the $ 5,000 that is intended to raise to help the girl and pay for the funeral of his mother and sister.

This story reminds us of Chris Watts, who confessed to the murder of his wife but not of daughters Bella and Celeste. In fact, he blamed their murders on Shanann Watts, saying she's the one who strangled them after he said he wanted to separate.

Chris shared that he “walked downstairs for a moment” and when he got back to their bedroom he saw, via a baby monitor, that daughter Bella, 4, was “sprawled” and “blue” on her bed. She was already dead according to the suspect.
