“I watched this, and both girls looked fabulous after their makeovers!!!!! They looked clean, refreshed and totally different than before."

They went through a makeover from style expert Jill Martin and hairstylist Louis Licari after braving the rains to be on the TODAY plaza.

Diane and Lauren always see to it that they get to watch Ambush Makeover every week. It was Diane who wanted to be picked for the makeover, but Martin and Licari decided to do a makeover for Lauren as well. Delighted, Lauren accepted the offer without hesitation.

It was a modern makeover for Diane, who was to celebrate her 35th wedding anniversary.

For Lauren, Martin chose a crepe blazer in a marigold color, a pair of skinny jeans and leopard heels. Diane, meanwhile, got an edgy tunic and skinny jeans.

Their makeover has been viewed thousands of times and YouTube.

“I watched this, and both girls looked fabulous after their makeovers!!!!! They looked clean, refreshed and totally different than before. Way to go Louis and Jill,” one viewer commented.

Their incredible transformation calls to mind that of Christine Errico of Ocean Township. Christine was a rehab nurse in sweatpants who transformed into a stunning woman in a green dress after receiving “the mother of all makeovers.”

Christine, who has three children, had her makeover as a surprise by her daughters and the Rachael Ray Show.

The rehab nurse had no time to think about her appearance because she was always busy with work, working long hours at the hospital and performing mother duties at home. Her husband had been incapacitated by a stroke five years ago.

As a way to express their gratitude for their hard-working breadwinner, her daughters Antonio, 20, Gianna, 19, and Natalie, 17, requested The Rachael Ray Show to reward their mother with a much-needed makeover.
