Tika Sumpter proudly poses with her mini-me, showing off how much they look alike

Actress and model Tika Sumpter, best known for “The Haves and the Have Nots,” took to Instagram to share a photo posing next to her daughter on the stairs of her house.

In the post, the actress appeared wearing black Adidas shoes, green sweatpants, a light grey Mickey Mouse sweater, and black sunglasses. Her two-year-old child Ella-Loren was by her side rocking white Adidas shoes, blue jeans, a striped black and white long-sleeved shirt, and blue sunglasses.

Apart from their stylish clothes and their beautiful poses, the aspect that attracted more attention was how similar both ladies look. As for the caption, Tika only wrote “Chilly.”

As soon as the actress uploaded that post, her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

"Wow! Tika she’s so big. A little lady. And she’s beautiful like you!" one user commented.

“Wowwwww. Your baby grew up fast!! She is gorgeous like momma!!!” admitted a second follower.

“Oh em gheeee! Is that the baby you just had! Where'd the time go,” [sic] wondered another person.

TIKA AND HER PARTNER’S RELATIONSHIP

Ella-Loren was born on October 8, 2016. Her father – and Tika’s fiancée – is her “The Haves and the Have Nots” co-star Nicholas James. She kept the identity of her baby father a secret for a while but revealed it soon after her daughter’s birth.

Nick proposed on Christmas day back in 2016 by arranging a "little hunt" around the house with their daughter. At the end of the hunt, she found a letter from Nick in which he proposed.

BACKLASH FOR HER INTERRACIAL RELATIONSHIP

Since Tika is Black and Nick is White, some people have criticized the actress for her interracial relationship. She took her time to address that situation on social media and clear things up before it all got worse.

One of the most striking things she said was that she was just a “girl” who met a “boy” and fell in love. Attached to the tweet, Tika uploaded a photo of Nick posing in a very attractive way.

It is not the first time that Ella-Loren has melted the hearts of Tika’s followers. In late-December, the actress uploaded a pic showing his girl standing on what appeared to be a black carpet with a white design on it.

Ella-Loren was wearing black pants and coat, and her face was not visible as she was looking down. The only aspect that was evident, though, was how big the girl looked.

Apart from that, her beautiful, curly hair also looked very adorable as it was done on a high bun. For the caption, the proud mother wrote, “Happy is her.”
