Embarrassed Jimmy Carter out on a date with wife Rosalynn was spotted by the famous Kiss Cam

Jimmy Carter kissed his wife, Rosalynn Smith in an embarrassing yet cute presidential Kiss Cam moment. The former president was filmed smiling lovingly just before leaning towards his side to kiss his spouse.

During the Atlanta Hawks’ game against the New York Knicks on February 14, the former president and his first lady delighted viewers during their date on valentine's day.

In a video clip posted by Atlanta Hawks on Twitter, the 39th president of the United States, sat with his wife as they diligently followed the Valentine game which took place at the State Farm Arena.

Later into the game, the Kiss Cam focused on the Carters, and the announcer repeatedly called out to the couple.

“President Carter and Rosalynn, can we get a kiss cam?” —the announcer.

Few seconds after the Cam lands on them; the 94-year-old cutely lounged over to his 91-year-old bride's side to deliver a memorable kiss, one that delighted and amused the crowd. The announcer then jokingly said:

“Yeah! Oh yeah! We’re going viral with that one.”

This incident isn't the first time the former president and the first lady will be caught smooching on camera. In 2015, at an Atlanta Braves game, they also had a memorable moment with the Cam.

The couple who still resides in the same $167,000 ranch house they built before Jimmy's presidency has been married for over seventy years. According to Carter in a 2016 interview with show host, Oprah Winfrey, one of the reasons they are still together till date is:

“Rosalynn has her own ideas, her own ambitions, her own goals in life, which, in some ways, are different from mine,” he explained. “I let her do her thing; she lets me do my thing. And we try to resolve our inevitable and fairly frequent differences before we go to bed at night.”

Kiss Cams have recorded different forms of kisses over the years. Some had been impressive, some funny while others have been pretty awkward. Some notable puckering moments between lovers during games include Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez's Miami kiss; Justin Beiber and Hailey Baldwin at a Toronto Maple Leafs game.
