Kim Kardashian's breasts are on display in a racy black gown that left little to the imagination
Kim Kardashian West is taking heat for an over-the-top dress she wore to the 5th Annual Hollywood Beauty Awards.
The reality star posted pictures to her social media accounts and there were mixed reactions to the look. The dress itself was undeniably breathtaking, as was her hairstylist and date Chris Appleton.
Kardashian, 38, wore a black cut-out gown that covered her breasts with only one strap on each. The middle strap fell down to her waist, leaving some side midriff exposed.
A long slit came up on her right thigh and her wrists each held two black cuffs to match the dress. Kardashian's hair was styled up in a bun. She wore a strappy pair of heels to top of the look.
In another post, Kardashian credited her look to Thierry Mugler who created it for her Spring/ Summer '98 collection. This fact made little difference as many just did not like the dress.
Quite a few people called Kardashian out for wearing inappropriate clothing while being a mother to three children. They suggested she should start being more modest for her kids' sake.
There were some, though, who simply found the dress very unflattering, especially in the chest area. They said that it looked like her bosom was smooshed.
In Kardashian's second post featuring the dress, she hit back and wrote:
"What a beautiful Monday, but let’s see if you jealous [expletives] are still mad over a dress ? cannot relate."
Other people complimented Kardashian and tried to remain positive while admitting that the dress was just not good-looking or that it might look better on someone with a smaller chest.
At the start of the month, Kardashian again made people's eyes bulge with some nude tights as she posed for a photo on Instagram. She was advertising her new perfume from the range KKW Hearts, called "Wifey."
In the picture, Kardashian wore a white bando top around her chest and on her bottom, a pair of nude stockings. She also wore strappy heels that were strung up almost to her knees.
She lay down on her back with her legs resting on a heart-shaped candy prop that read "Wifey" at the front. Kardashian wore a blonde wig to go with the look.
Before that, Kardashian also advertised the new range by wearing similar nude clothes. One featured a body suit while another showed Kardashian in a sports bra and matching panties.
Apparently, the KKW Hearts was launched for Valentine's Day last week. "Baby Girl" was the name of one of the fragrances Kardashian advertised in the body suit as she leaned on a similar prop of a candy heart.
