Miley Cyrus Hints at Pregnancy in a Playful New Post - and Fans Go Crazy over It

On Sunday night, singer and actress Miley Cyrus took to social media to post a photo of herself from the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party. She captioned the image with a cryptic message that had fans going crazy.

Some of her followers believed that she might be pregnant with her first child!

The photo that Miley Cyrus, 26, posted featured her wearing a black sequined gown with a low neckline from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello. She accessorized the outfit with a diamond Bvlgari snake necklace and a number of diamond rings.

The caption to the picture simply read, "They call me MOTHER.” The star added a big black heart emoji to her post as well.

Some of her fans thought the singer was hinting at a pregnancy with new husband and fellow actor, Liam Hemsworth, 29. People posted in the comments wondering whether the newlywed was trying to tell them something.

One fan asked, "Confused. Is this a sexy mommy thing or a pregnancy announcement miley cyrus edition?" Someone else added, "If you're pregnant congrats.”

However, most of the comments came from fans who were loving Cyrus' after-party look. As if to dissipate any speculation, the singer followed up with another post that appeared to hint that she wasn’t actually pregnant.

In another Oscars photo of her wearing the same outfit, Cyrus wrote: "Dog Mom." The musician and her husband share a number of pets together.

They have seven dogs, four cats, two pigs, and two horses. In January, the star sparked pregnancy rumors after she was photographed in Miami.

A recent Vanity Fair report revealed that the perceived bump she had was just the result of her caftan blowing in the wind.

For the 2019 annual Vanity Fair Oscars after-party in Los Angeles, Cyrus chose to go braless in her black gown. The dress also showed off her leg with a long slit.
