What caused his death?
Although nothing is confirmed yet, Clark Gable III has a history with addiction, which was insinuated in the farewell message shared by his sister, Kayley Gable on her facebook page.
“My brother was found unresponsive this morning by his fiancé and didn’t wake up .. I LOVE YOU CLARKIE I’m so sorry we couldn’t save you my heart is broken and shattered RIP,” Kayley said.
Gable's battle with addiction
His mother, Tracy in an interview conducted with DailyMail after his death said her son had had a significant battle with drug addiction for years. She also mentioned that the cause of death is still a mystery since he has no known health issues before his passing.
Also, his ex-girlfriend, Heather Chadwell told Radar that Clark suffered from drug abuse. She further stated it was one of the reasons they broke up at the time. Heather who also had issues with drugs decided the relationship wasn't a healthy one especially since she was in a similar boat.
Heather also made mention of an occasion where Gable was stabbed in the lungs just after they broke things off.
“His lung got infected and collapsed. He had a surgery at the time and it was just so hard on him and It was hard to watch him suffer.”
Most of the host's drug-related issues also come with his background. He's not had lots of role models when it comes to substance abuse. His father, Clark Gayle II, his mum, and three siblings had all at some point dealt with addiction.
Gable is the host of the successful show "Cheaters." The program just like its name helps people investigate infidelities in relationships. He was also working on a documentary about the life of his grandfather, Clark Gayle whom he fondly shares images of on his Instagram page.
Clark Gable is survived by his eighteen-month-old baby, Shore LaRea Gable and his fiance, Summer.
