‘Alaskan Bush People’ Noah Brown and Wife Welcome First Child, and He Looks like a Little Angel
On Wednesday, the “Alaskan Bush People” Twitter page announced that the Brown family had added their latest addition. Noah Brown and his wife had welcomed a baby boy the day before.
A clip showing the new parents at the hospital revealed what the little angel was named and his birth weight.
Noah Brown, 26, the youngest boy of Billy, 66, and Ami Brown’s five sons, and his wife, Rhain Alisha, 28, became first-time parents this week. The pair have only been married for six months.
On a clip on Twitter, the couple revealed that their son was named Elijah Connor Brown. Little Elijah was born early in the morning on Tuesday after a 18-hour labor.
He weighed 7 lbs., 5 oz., and measured 20 inches long. Noah also released an exclusive statement where he shared how his family was doing after the birth.
The reality star said:
“Rhain and I are thrilled to announce the arrival of our son Elijah Connor Brown. Mom and son are healthy and happy — he’s already working on his howl! Rhain is a wonderful mother already, I am truly in awe of her and we are both very grateful and excited to welcome him to our family.”
Rhain added, “He’s happy, healthy, and just perfect.” Noah also shared that Ami, 55, cried when they told her she was going to become a grandmother for the first time.
Rhain revealed:
“Every last one of the brothers has suddenly become so much more protective. It’s ridiculous. It’s like, my raging hormones have drawn out their testosterone-fueled protectiveness. Everyone’s like, ‘Don’t lift anything over your head.’ ‘Oh, you need a break.’ ‘How are your feet?’ ‘Do you need to sit down?’ ‘Here, let me help you.’ I’m like, ‘C’mon!’“
Noah, the inventor in his family, spent the past few months building things for his child. In November last year, he said: “I’m starting construction very soon on a cradle for the little one.”
He continued, “I’m gonna build them their cradle and Rhain’s gonna build a mobile and I’m gonna build a little baby rattle. That should be cool, I think.”
“Alaskan Bush People” fans can see the couple’s journey to parenthood before it’s on TV by going on the Discovery GO app. The show returns for season 9 on March 3 at 10 p.m. ET on Discovery.
Speaking about the birth of her first grandchild on a promotional clip for the show, Ami said: “I thank God he let me live to see that.” Noah’s mother had successfully battled advanced lung cancer last year.
