Months after XXXTentasion's murder, his girlfriend, Jenesis Sanchez has given birth to his son.

News outlets have confirmed that the late rapper who was killed by gunmen outside a motorcycle dealership in June is now a father to Gekyume Onfroy.

Though XXXtentacion, (born Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy) will no longer be able to exercise his role as a father to his newborn, the rapper reportedly handpicked his name. In a press statement from his mother, Cleopatra Bernard, and his girlfriend, it was revealed the name Gekyume “is derived from a word X created prior to his passing.” The word means “’a different state’ or ‘next’ universe of thought.”
