Andy Cohen Responds to Haters Who Criticized Him for Taking Baby Son on Plane
Fatherhood comes with lots of responsibilities. TV Host, Andy Cohen slams critics who had negative comments about his fatherly ways; he had a lot to say to them.
Cohen’s newborn son, Benjamin was only four days old when his father decided to go dad gear with him. Cohen shared a photo of himself and Benjamin, with the heavily criticized image showing Cohen standing in a private jet wearing his son, in a BABY BJORN Baby Carrier Mini.
Cohen went ahead to tag the picture,
“Digging the #DadGear!!!”
The proud father who is very excited about the birth of his son revealed that he learned everything about catering to his son from the baby nurse due to his very tight schedule.
Benjamin was delivered by a surrogate mom and Cohen who watched the delivery procedure and cut the umbilical cord himself, said that he will always be grateful to the surrogate because she gave him life.
Andy got heavily reprimanded for bringing his son on a plane only four days after his birth. Many felt that such behavior was not only unconventional, but it was also wrong and could be dangerous for the baby.
Cohen got a chance to respond to the haters during an appearance on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM Satellite show. He questioned those who shamed him for his actions, saying he took precautionary measures and also went with a baby nurse.
"You don’t think I checked with three f—ing pediatricians before? And I flew with a baby nurse," Cohen, 50, told Stern.
He further discussed how he is adjusting to life as a father revealing that he mostly feeds the baby himself and also changes diapers. The show host has stopped smoking weed since the birth of his son as he feels uncomfortable doing that with the baby in the room.
He also said that Benjamin had been circumcised, smugly stating it was done by him because of his desire for the boy to have a gorgeous circumcised penis, just like his.
Cohen’s Show, Love Connection is officially canceled by Fox. The host himself revealed the bitter news on the Howard Stern Show. The show had been performing poorly in recent times and its efforts to draw more viewers in the second season hit a brick wall.
This realization has left many fans of the show in a sad mood.
