'We Work Very Hard,' FLOTUS Gives Rare Insight into a Typical Day in the White House

On Tuesday the First Lady Melania Trump spoke with BlazeTV host Eric Bolling and revealed details about her busy life in the White House.

Eric Bolling and Melania sat down for an interview in a town hall in Las Vegas in front of almost 1,500 people where she answered questions about the Opioid crisis in the US and her life as First Lady in the White House.

After Donald Trump got inaugurated as President of the United States in January 2017, it took the First Lady a few months to join her husband’s side in the White House.

For the first few months, she continued to live in Trump Towers with her son Baron until June 2017 when she finally moved into the White House. Since the First Lady focused her energies on her #BeBest campaign and similar work.

“I have a team in my east office, east wing, of 12. We’re working very hard. Then I have a hundred people looking over the residence and also working very closely with the White House Historical Association, making sure the White House is in beautiful, perfect shape.”

Curious if Melania ever cooks for her family, Eric also asked whether she ever gives the White House chefs the night off. Showing appreciation for the culinary skills of her staff, Melania

:

"I didn't do that yet, honestly. There are always little snacks I could prepare for our son when he comes home late. But no, there's really no time. They're doing in the White House; they're doing such a fantastic job. They're real professionals, so I want to keep them."

The First Lady also excitedly spoke of the White House bowling alley she renovated, hoping to use it more often as “it really looks beautiful” and is “looking forward to using it more now.”

Every time Melania steps out into the public, eyes carefully scrutinize every inch of her appearance and while people won't always agree on her sense of style one thing is undeniable - she is and stays in great shape and looks healthy.

The First Lady had always been an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, and it shows. Not long ago Melania shared the secret to her daily diet.
