Pink Calls People ‘Disgusting’ after Being Mom-Shamed for Sharing Son’s Photo without a Diaper
Alecia Moore, professionally known as "Pink," used her Instagram page as a platform to hit back at trolls. She called them "disgusting" as she expressed her anger in an edited version of the initially criticized photo.
This isn't the first time Pink, a mother of two has had to defend herself and her family on social media. Just a few weeks ago, the singer had to justify her post, when an Instagram user implied that she had contradicted herself.
This episode was even more intolerable for the celebrated musician. After being the subject of harsh criticism from various social media trolls, Pink deleted the post that caught the attention of the public eye and expressed herself through the caption of a new post.
The new post is a modified version of the former one, where she scribbled out Jameson's (her two-year-old son's) private part. She wrote:
"There's something seriously wrong with a lot of you out there. I deleted it because you're all f—ing disgusting. And now I'm turning off my comments and shaking my head at the state of social media and keyboard warriors, and the negativity that you bring to other people's lives."
She then ended the caption with the sarcastic remark:
"Here's a picture of the pelican we obviously caught and abused for hours before dangling baby penis in its face."
Carey Hart, Pink's husband of about thirteen years, is also known for hitting back at internet trolls especially when his lovely kids are involved. At the beginning of the year, the popular author hit back at trolls who felt that he shouldn't teach his daughter to shoot a rifle.
Claiming that they were ignorant, he said:
"I think this is an extremely important topic of education."
Although Pink always defends her family with harsh words if necessary, she also has a fun side when dealing with her fans. Earlier in March, the Grammy winner treated her fans in Nashville to an unplanned performance of Janis Joplin's classic, "Me and Bobby McGee."
The fans can be seen clapping and dancing in a Facebook video, as they enjoyed the performance the thirty-nine-year-old put on for them. The video, which was uploaded by the famous Tootsie's Orchid Lounge in Nashville has the caption:
"Thanks for stopping by; we had a blast."
