Mama June's Boyfriend Arrested for Violating Probation Months before Drugs Possession Charge

Just a few weeks after the arrest of Mama June and her boyfriend, Geno Doak, a previous arrest of Geno has come to light in a recent episode of "From Not To Hot."

June Shannon, popularly known as Mama June, was arrested earlier in March alongside with Geno for drug possession. On that fateful day, the police were called to the scene of a fight between Mama June and her boyfriend; upon their arrival, the officers discovered drugs (crack cocaine) in the couple possession. They were arrested after that, and Mama June was slammed with a one-year jail term.

Sequel to that unfortunate event, June's TV show, "Mama June: From Not To Hot" aired an episode that revealed something juicy. Apparently, Doak has another arrest on his record. A few months back, the 42-year-old was arrested for violating his DUI probation, and it was caught on camera.

While filming at a fair alongside June and Alana Thompson, Doak began to act all nervous and frightened when he spotted a fleet of cop cars surrounding the area. An officer approached to inform him that he was to be arrested for violating his DUI probation — an already frightened Doak began to explain to the officer that he had sorted out all his legal troubles two years ago.

However, the officers insisted that their system showed that there was a warrant out for his arrest, and as a result, they have to take him in.

It was a difficult sight for June as Geno was being hurled away by the cops; she protested the arrest, saying :

"What are you talking about? He's been very good, he's been with me the whole entire time."

Meanwhile, Alana was already in tears, so was Geno, as the car zoomed off. Later in that episode, Doak was shown confessing how he felt about the arrest:

"Being arrested sucks a**. But did you see Alana's face, dude?. I really feel like I let her down — hell, I've let everybody down. I made a promise that I'd be there and obviously I can't be there in jail."

June also had a few things to say including:

"I have been defending Geno about being a good guy to everyone, And now he goes and gets locked up...Great. He proved me wrong and all of them right."

It was an emotional episode, but the highlight was the opening message from June's daughter, Lauryn Shannon,19, as it was current and summed up all the most recent events.

"As you know our family is going through a tough time, and we're sharing our story in the hopes it helps other families. Through the highs and the lows, our family will always be there for one another and love each other. Your kind words and support have really helped us through this tough time, and we really appreciate everyone who has always been there for us." she said.

Geno's arrest might not come as a surprise to most of June's fans because she is known to go for the bad boys. All her baby daddies have a rap sheet.
