MAN WHO RAN OVER LADERIHANNA CLAIMS INNOCENCE
The man whose car ran over LaDerihanna Holmes is claiming innocence, saying that he was being carjacked at gunpoint when the accident occurred.
Gabriel Jabri Fordham, 28, turned himself in to the police, and his lawyer has stated that his client is also a victim.
“At no point did our client try to willfully leave the scene. He had a gun pointed at him.”
Fordham's lawyer alleges that the real culprit is the man seen leaving the scene immediately after the crash on the security camera tapes of the accident.
