‘Young and the Restless’ star Tatyana Ali Announces Her Pregnancy
Tatyana Ali is expecting! The “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” made the announcement of her second pregnancy on her Instagram account which also captured her baby bump.
Tatyana is expecting her second child in a few months with her husband, Dr. Vaughn Rasberry. The “Young and Restless” star made the official announcement on her Instagram account last Sunday.
“I was on a work trip recently and I thought it was about time I captured my baby bump. We’re so excited! They say every pregnancy is different and they ain’t lying,” read her post.
Fans were quick to congratulate the actress through comments on Instagram. One comment read:
"Congratulations on your growing Beautiful Family! God Bless You and Your Family!"

Another said that she speculated Ali's pregnancy before the announcement.
"Omg, I knew it!!! When I saw you touch your belly in your Birthday post!!! Congratulations," it read.

Shortly after her first post, the 40-year-old posted a photo of her and her 2-year-old son, Edward, on the couch, while he was holding the phone to his ear and looking at her. The caption read:
“‘Who are you calling?’ I asked. He said, ‘the baby in Mama’s tummy’ - Already in cahoots.”
The family of three seems to be excited about their fourth member’s arrival. As for the gender of the baby, no announcements have been made.
Ali is known for her roles on “Fresh Prince of Bel Air,” “Sesame Street,” and “Young and the Restless,” among others. She started her acting career at a young age and won a Star Search twice with her performance of “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.”
She worked hard and took part-time acting gigs on “The Cosby Show,” “The All New Mickey Mouse Club,” and “Are You Afraid of the Dark?” to name a few.
The multitalented artist is also a Harvard graduate, holding a bachelor’s degree in African-American studies and government. In 2008, Ali flew to the US as a spokesperson for former President Obama, during his campaign, and supported him again in the 2012 re-election.
She is also a member of Black Girls Rock, advocating community, sisterhood, and empowerment among black girls and women through art.
