Taraji P. Henson's Fiancé Goes Shirtless in New Photo

Taraji P. Henson’s fiancé Kelvin Hayden is turning up the heat on social media after posting a shirtless photo of himself. The actress recently implied they’re in no hurry to tie the knot, but she might change her mind after seeing Hayden’s pic.

The former NFL player took to Instagram to show off his taut abs and incredible physique while sitting by the side of a boxing ring.

Hayden, 35, sported black shorts and camouflage tights while pulling a blue top over his head. The former football star was either getting ready for some workout or rounding off a session, but all eyes were on his chiseled midsection.

“Mood: stay ready you don’t have to get ready!” he wrote in the caption, attracting comments with several eye emojis and ladies drooling openly.

“All that for cookie??” someone asked mischievously, referring to Henson by her character in the hit series “Empire.”

The actress said “yes” to Hayden last May and immediately shared the good news on Instagram.

“I said yes y’all!!!” Henson captioned a pic of her ring. “He started with the Cartier love bracelet, BUT that was my #Mothersday gift, and then he dropped to his knee, and I almost passed out!!!” She also made sure to remind everyone that “she is officially off the market.”

Mark was murdered in 2003 at the age of 34, but by then, Henson had kicked him out of her life.

Since then, Henson and Hayden regularly share loved-up pictures on social media, but the actress insists they’re both not in a hurry to tie the knot.

At the premiere of her comedy film “What Men Want” in January, the 48-year-old star implied that the delay has a lot to do with her work:

“I don’t have a date yet. I’m trying for the summer. I have scripts coming in, you know — you got to strike while the iron is hot — and he is patient. …We live together, we’re not going anywhere. But trust me, we are getting married, and soon! It won’t be a 10-year engagement!”

Before Hayden, Henson was in an abusive relationship with William "Mark" Johnson, the father of her son, Marcell. Mark was murdered in 2003 at the age of 34, but by then, Henson had kicked him out of her life.

As she detailed in her 2016 memoir "Around The Way Girl," the last straw for her was an incident where Mark beat her up so badly that her mouth bled.

Henson’s son was nine when his father was murdered, and since then, the actress has been focused on building her career.

Now that she’s made a name for herself on the small and big screen, and received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, it’s good to know Henson has a love that makes her happy.
