Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter Looks like Her Late Mom’s Twin Sister While Wearing Her Hat

If Anna Nicole Smith were alive, she would be exceedingly proud of her daughter's tribute to her at Saturday's Kentucky Derby. The beautiful Dannielynn Birkhead, aged 12, stepped out wearing her late mother’s hat, and she looked so much like her.

The young beauty wore a beautiful pink Junona dress for the event but crowned it all with her late mom’s pink hat, the same one that the late Anna wore for the same event back in 2004.

Dannielynn looked so much like her mom as pictures have shown. Her father, Larry Birkhead posted photos of both of them gracing the red carpet at the event on social media. Dannielynn barely knew her mother, Anna as she passed away just five months after her birth.

Despite that, the 12-year-old showed that her mother’s genes run through her with her stunning look. Her pink dress was very similar to that which her mother wore in 2004 and the hat completed her outfit in more ways than one.

Proud Father, Larry Birkhead complemented his daughter's look with a matching pink suit, and the two of them were a joy to watch on the red carpet. It is good to see that Dannielynn is all good and well as she had a tough time growing up.

Her difficult beginnings are evident by the fact that she lost her mother and half-brother within five months of her birth. Her half-brother, Daniel Wayne-Smith died while on a visit to see his mom and newborn half-sister at the hospital.

His death was as a result of a drug overdose. Five months later, Baby Dannielynn lost her mom as a result of a prescription drug overdose. She also had to go through a long wait as the identity of her father was unclear at the time.

Many men claimed to be her father, but after a series of DNA tests, it was confirmed that Larry Birkhead was indeed her father. Dannielynn is reported to be worth ten million dollars; all of her mother’s estate was willed to her.

Her grandmother, Arthur, and her father were involved in a dispute, with the former claiming that she was prevented from seeing Dannielynn. Arthur had expressed fears that Dannielynn may be the next member of her family to die early after the death of her daughter, Anna Nicole Smith, and grandson, Daniel.
