Tamar Braxton Flaunts What's under 'All Those Church Clothes' in Revealing Pic
Tamar Braxton recently showed off her curvaceous figure in a sultry outfit that earned mixed reactions from fans. Considering that her photo came days after her niece’s passing, some people believe the singer was disrespectful.
Tamar Braxton is not trying to hide her sexy figure anymore. She took to Instagram to post two photos wearing a sultry lingerie outfit, explaining that after her friends asked her to show off her body, she happily obliged.
In the shots, Tamar is wearing a white sequined bra, matching panties, fishnets, a see-through polka-dot shirt, and a captain’s hat.
She rocked a bold red lip and matching nails while flaunting her toned body for some of her fans’ delight.
“I did this tour because my friends said that “don’t nobody know u have that body underneath all those church clothes” ion care I’m STILL saved... I’m an actress in playing a role #meandjesustalkedaboutit,” the songstress captioned her post.
Tamar’s pic, however, came just a few days after her niece, Lauren “Lolo” Braxton, passed away from a heart condition.
While some of her sisters, like Toni and Trina, took to Instagram to share heartfelt tributes to the late 24-year-old girl, Tamar made a live stream explaining that she was “too drained” to even attend the funeral.
She asked fans that would attend her upcoming shows to send her love and positive vibes.
But, since the family is still grieving the loss of a loved one, some fans thought Tamar was disrespectful and selfish for posting “naked pics.”
One user commented: “Everybody is posting prayers, she is posting naked pictures.”
And another added,
“There is a time for everything. If she performed, then fine. But during a time of bereavement, it’s not really appropriate to post these type pics out of respect for what’s going on.”
However, some of Tamar’s fiercest fans came to her defense, like one user who wrote:
“First off she is NOT naked! She is wearing a costume/an outfit. Second, her posting about her loved one, or not posting is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! She doesn't have to share all her personal life on the gram. That's her choice. No one should be judged on how they grieve and when they do it!”
Although Tamar didn’t address the critics on her comment section, she made sure to share her thoughts with a different Instagram post that talked about grief and how everybody has different ways to heal from a loss.
“…and now you know the rest of the story,” she captioned the post, which sends a clear message to her detractors.
Tamar is currently touring around the country while dealing with an on-going divorce.
She recently filed a request in court asking a judge to grant her a “status only” sentence, meaning, she and estranged husband, Vince Herbert, would be legally single while they keep working on the details of their separation in court.
