NCIS: LA's Chris O'Donnell Is a Proud Father of 5 Kids
We often forget that our favorite TV stars have different lives off-screen. One of the beloved NCIS: Los Angeles stars, Chris O’Donnell, is not only an on-screen hero but a real-life hero to his five adorable kids as well.
Chris got married to Caroline Fentress, who is an elementary teacher, in 1997 and the couple brought five amazing children into the world. They first shared the spotlight with their dad when his name was inducted in the Hollywood’s Walk Of Fame in 2015.
The couple’s eldest daughter, Lily, was born on September 3, 1999. Their first son Christopher Eugene, aka Chip, was born a year later. Their third son, Charles, was born on July 11, 2003, and their fourth child, Finley, was born three years later. Chris and Caroline welcomed their youngest child, Maeve Frances, in 2007.
CHRIS’ EXPERIENCE AS A FATHER
According to RedBook magazine, Chris is a devoted husband to his wife of 22 years and a loving father to his kids. He always makes sure that he spends time with his family amid his busy schedule.
Being married to the same woman for 22 years is not something you always see in Hollywood. It is pretty evident that Chris loves his family more than anything and nothing can come between them.
JUGGLING CAREER AND PARENTHOOD
Chris is a former teen heartthrob who entered Hollywood with sensational roles including Robin in “Batman Forever”, “Batman and Robin”, and “Scent of a Woman”. His role in the movie “Scent of a Woman” earned him a Golden Globe Nomination.
Being a busy man does not stop the actor from spending time with his kids. However, he cannot attend their weekend sporting events like he used to.
The actor shared how he knew he couldn’t adopt the Hollywood playboy style and traditional family life when he got into the business. He said he grew up in a traditional family life setting, which is the reason why he took the same path.
NCIS: LA is currently in its 10th season and averages a total of 10.1 million viewers. CBS has renewed the show for 2019-1010.
No matter how busy his life gets, we’re sure that Chris can still juggle his career and family life like a pro.
