"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Erica Dixon shares the first glimpse of her newborn twins. This comes after the worried mother had to leave her babies at the hospital despite wanting to bring them home with her.

Erica Dixon posted a glimpse of her newborn identical twins on Instagram recently, hoping to update her followers like any eager mother would. However, with her kids' protection as her top priority, she decided to just show one of the twins holding her hand while cropping out her face.

While she revealed that she gave birth, she was heartbroken over having to leave her twins in the hospital due to some complications that the doctors discovered after birth.

“Today was one of the most difficult days of my life. I have been blessed with two beautiful baby girls but to have to leave them there just tore me apart,” she wrote. “Praying they can can come home sooner than later. I’m missing them so much already.”

While Erica has been vocal about her journey towards motherhood from announcing her pregnancy last February on her youtube channel to sharing bits and pieces of her pregnancy journey, she never disclosed who the father was.

Regardless, she proved that she didn't need a man to take care of herself and her kids, as she gave birth to her two baby girls successfully.

However, the 33-year-old was saddened that she had to leave her kids at the hospital, without disclosing the reason why. Her fans are now eager to receive updates about the twins' conditions, praying for their safety and good health.

Erica also has a daughter, 13-year-old Emani, with Lil Scrappy. Meanwhile, the rapper welcomed a new baby boy, Breland, with his now wife Bambi T.
