Kelly Rowland's Message to Husband Tim Witherspoon on 5th Wedding Anniversary (Video)

Five years have gone past, but it all seems like yesterday when Kelly Rowland tied the knot with heartthrob, Tim Witherspoon. The former Destiny’s child marked the day with a sweet message to her husband on her Instagram page.

FIVE GOING ON FOREVER

The lovebirds exchanged vows in 2014 in Costa Rica, and it has been a joyful ride for them ever since. The singer took to Instagram to share a video and caption dedicated to her husband. The clip shows the couple seated in a moving vehicle apparently driven by Kelly while she sings along to a tune played in the background.

The singer captioned the post with words saying she would forever cherish the day she married Tim and also wishing him a happy anniversary. The message ends with Kelly telling Tim she loves him. Many of the comments to the post congratulated the couple on the occasion of their anniversary and wished them more years together as a unit.

THE BEGINNING OF FOREVER

Kelly and Tim tied the knot in Costa Rica on May 10, 2014. The wedding which was shallow profile and private saw the couples exchange vows standing on a cliff that overlooked the ocean.

The fact that their union was low key wasn’t much of a surprise as the couple always maintained a private and "low key" profile during their courtship.

The wedding though low key still had A-list stars such as Beyoncé Knowles and her mother, Tina Knowles, Michelle Williams, Solange and a host of Kelly’s friends in attendance. Together, the couple has a son, Titan, who was born six months after their marriage.

TIM’S FUNNY PROPOSAL

If you are looking for ideas on how to propose to your spouse, then Tim Witherspoon should not be on your list of potential advisors. Kelly Rowland revealed that her husband proposed to her on Skype, while she was far away in Bulgaria, an amusing occurrence indeed. She swiftly responded that they were so far away.

They were then, but not anymore, the two have become one and are still going strong.
