The Duchess of Cambridge's dress to her garden event in London impressed the Queen so much that it got approved by the visiting monarch. However, it is not the only thing Her Majesty commended.

Kate Middleton's garden project "Back To Nature" featured at the Royal Horticultural Society London show, and the Queen, per her yearly ritual, was in attendance. She visited the garden and was welcomed by the Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, Prince William.

Middleton wore a beautiful Floral Edem maxi dress while Prince William wore a dark blue suit, a tie of the same color, and plain white shirt. Her Majesty donned a lime green and purple dress by Stewart Parvin.

According to the Daily Mail, after the monarch was greeted by the two, she commented on their outlook, saying "you are all looking very tidy."

This is high praise from the number one Royal, and the couple could not help but smile at the commendation, with the Duke replying "Well, I've smartened up."

The couple then went ahead to show her the garden, with Middleton taking the lead.

Kensington Place — the official social media page of the Royals — posted pictures of the trio which show the Queen and the couple walking around the garden as the mother-of-three pointed out the distinctive features.

Middleton honored Her Majesty by planting carrots and beetroots — the plants the Queen grew in her younger years — and putting up a waterfall similar to the one the Monarch has at Sandringham.

She also paid tribute to Princess Diana by planting her favorite "Forget-me-nots." Asides these, the garden features a tree house, stumps, campfires, pine cones, and handmade reed boats.

The Queen was very impressed by everything she saw and she once again handed out another praise, saying "very tidy."

The garden is Middleton's project, and she has been on it for a while. Before the monarch's visit, she spent time with school children roasting marshmallows and climbing the tree house in a casual outfit of white blouse and culottes.

The Duchess' dream is to create a place for families to spend time with their children to help them grow and develop the right way. She believes that what a child experiences before the age of five affects how the brain develops and want parents to spend more time outdoors with their children.

Middleton designed the garden with the help of Andree Davis and Adam White and was very involved in bringing her dream to life. Kudos to the trio!
