T.I.'s Moving Tribute to Late Sister Precious on Her Birthday

T.I. Harris celebrated his late sister, Precious Harris, on what would have been her 67th birthday.

The date would have marked Precious Harris' 67th birthday and her mourning family marked the date in a special way.

PRECIOUS HARRIS WAS T.I.'S BIG SISTER

At 38, T.I. is substantially younger than his big sister. The two were very close and Precious participated in T.I.'s reality show, "T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle."

The message T.I. wrote for Precious expresses his grief and his love for his departed sibling, and he takes the opportunity to catch her up on "family news."

T.I. HARRIS ADMITS HE STRUGGLES WITH GRIEF

In his touching message to Precious, T.I. reveals that he is still struggling to come to terms with his grief and sense of loss, even though he knows she has gone on to a better place.

"I try my best to smile knowing you’re at peace, rather than selfishly complaining about my pain. I feel like a hater crying cause you’re not here when I KNOW you’ve been promoted to your rightful position. YOU EARNED THAT!!!!"

T.I. HARRIS REASSURES PRECIOUS ABOUT HER CHILDREN

In his message, the rapper assures Precious that he is looking after her children - Kareem, Avis, and Kamaya Chapman - and that they are doing all right and healing.

"Me & Kareem finally on good terms & speaking again… can u believe that sh*t?!?! Kamaya still having a tough time but she gon be straight, I GOT HER…" he wrote.

T.I and Tiny set up a yearly scholarship in Precious' name On Mother’s Day, in remembrance of her legacy and her dedication to her children.

PRECIOUS HARRIS' UNTIMELY DEATH

Precious Harris, rapper T.I. Harris' only sister, passed away on February 22, 2019.

Precious had been in a car crash on February 13 and taken to hospital in a serious condition.

T.I. later revealed that Precious had suffered a heart attack while driving and lost control of the car.

Precious, 66, fought for her life for over a week, before succumbing to her injuries. She is survived by her three children. Kareem Chapman, Avis Chapman-Reese, and Kamaya Chapman.
