Khloé Kardashian’s Ex-Husband Lamar Odom Reveals He Once Threatened to Kill Her While on Drugs

Amidst his substance abuse, Lamar Odom threatened to kill his ex-wife and reality star, Khloé Kardashian.

The 39-year-old former NBA player revealed that dark moment in his new memoir “Darkness to Light,” as reported by US Magazine.

He writes, “Khloé came down and knocked on the door. I opened it suddenly and grabbed her forcefully by the shoulders, which frightened her. ‘What the [expletive] are you doing?’ I screamed, out of my mind. ‘You trying to embarrass me in front of my friends? I’ll [expletive] kill you! You don’t know what I’m capable of!’”

Odom admitted that at the time, he was high on drugs and was upset that she called his friends for help because he had started hallucinating.

Shocked, the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star ran upstairs and slammed the door. Odom said she later asked for her forgiveness.

A NEW LOW IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP

He recalls, “I was embarrassed and ashamed. It was a new low for our relationship and my life … the most regrettable moment in a series of regrettable moments.”

Kardashian and Odom were married from September 2009 to December 2016. She filed for divorce in December 2013 but withdrew the papers following his near-fatal overdose in October 2015.

Kardashian later had a relationship with another NBA player, Tristan Thompson.

After he recovered, she pushed through with the divorce, and it was finalized in 2016.

SCANDAL AFFECTED PLAYER'S CAREER

Thompson, 27, reportedly regretted cheating on Khloe after he was benched in NBA playoffs. The scandal seemed to have messed up his career with fans booing him off the court in a match for his side, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The player is reportedly upset over the treatment he received after the videos of him with other women came out.
