Actress Gabourey Sidibe revealed she had weight loss surgery two years ago. The 35-year-old actress is looking amazing!

The "Precious" star took to Instagram to show off her stunning new figure in a short black dress. The cute outfit showed off her "thick" knees and made the actress look much younger.

Fans loved the look and flooded her comments section with love and support. Even the senior entertainment editor of Nylon Magazine, Sesali Bowen, took a second to applaud the picture writing:

Gabourey has struggled with her weight her whole life.

Gabourey openly shares her struggles with eating disorders and failed diets. In an interview with Nylon she once said:

"And yeah, I have been struggling with weight my entire life. I realize that as long as I have a body, it will be a struggle."
