Paris Jackson Claps Back at Troll Who Called Her 'Druggie' & Said MJ 'Must Be Ashamed' of Her
Paris Jackson took to social media to bash a hater who trolled her by saying her late father, Michael Jackson would be ashamed of her because she is a “druggie.”
Paris always manages to make headlines time after time, either for her popularly controversial father or for her troubles. This time, she gained attention after she came out to make a very public clap back at one user who called her a drug addict after the 21-year-old mentioned marijuana on Twitter.
A fan had questioned how the svelte beauty was able to think of cooking "spaghetti grilled cheese sandwiches with mozzarella.” Paris, in response, tweeted "marijuana."
It was after this that the offensive comment popped up bashing Paris’ shameless mention of the drug. The person tweeted:
“Druggie. I bet you do meth too. Your dad must be ashamed of you. Degenerate."
Paris didn't ignore the distasteful statement and gave the hater a bashing publicly by posting a sarcastic tweet:
“Because an organic medicinal plant from mother earth with dozens of healing properties that is legal where i live and used to help suffering people around the world = meth.”
Paris made her epic clap back at the troll on June 4, and it has since become viral even going on to make big headlines on numerous media outlets. That is perhaps because she also bravely defended herself by pointing out the multiple advantages of taking marijuana.
The “Gringo” actress even went on to clear the air about how frequently she smokes weed disclosing that it is just "medicine" for her many mental health problems and that she doesn't take it every day.
Then, she tackled the hater’s claim that her world-famous singer father would be very ashamed of her marijuana use by explaining that Michael Jackson didn't particularly have a problem with marijuana, and stressed that she didn't even use it while she was younger.
Paris, who is fast making a name for herself in the entertainment industry, has had her mental health issues under public scrutiny for years. Earlier this year, news broke that she had been rushed to the hospital after she allegedly attempted suicide.
Although she has come out to dispel the report calling the original broadcasters – TMZ – liars, it only had netizens recalling her 2013 suicidal episode when her mother had confirmed that then-15-year-old Paris had indeed committed suicide.
For someone still so young, Paris has had things very rough, especially when it comes to her mental health. Thankfully, she has her musician boyfriend, Gabriel Glenn helping her through it all.
Paris never tires of showing him off and even recently took to Instagram to celebrate their anniversary writing that he is "the light of my life."
