Casey Anthony Will Reportedly Reveal What Happened 11 Years Ago in a ‘Racy’ New Movie
In 2011, Casey Anthony was acquitted for the murder of her two-year-old daughter. Now it’s been reported that she will be releasing a film that explains what happened in that case.
Eleven years ago Casey Anthony, 33, was arrested for the murder of her daughter Caylee Anthony, 2. She then faced a six-week trial in Orlando, Florida where she was eventually acquitted.
Casey has allegedly revealed that she is planning on making a movie called “As I Was Told” which would be based on her life. The case sparked a national outcry at the time when the toddler’s remains were discovered in a trash bag in December 2008.
Caylee's skeletal remains were found in woodlands quite close to the family home. At the time, her mother was blamed for being negligent and murdering her to avoid being a parent.
Throughout the investigation, Casey changed her story several times. The case even ended up involving her father, George Anthony.
"She knows what audiences want to see, which is sex."
He was blamed for sexually abusing Casey and this claim was used as a defense strategy. According to Casey, she’s already working on the film which is expected to finish shooting sometime next year.

It’s being shot in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Casey explained why she was making the movie stating: “I could care less what people think of me. I just feel my truth needs to be out of me. I need to close the book.”
She reportedly added: “As long as I get my side out so I can rest. I have spent years hearing other sides of what they believe to be true.” Casey shared that she believed her child died after drowning by accident.
However, she was also adamant that she didn’t know who had hidden her baby girl’s body. She stated: “It will make it clear that I had no part in Caylee's death as far as how she died.”

Casey said:
“Hopefully one day people will find it in their hearts to believe that I could never do this. It will show the tears and the turmoil that I truly went through and the anxiety and hardship after I was released when I actually had time to mourn.”
She continued:
“Regardless of what the media has depicted of me, I am not a monster. I just don't show my sadness. A thing that was taught to me as a young girl. I suffer on the inside. I learn to make peace and put on a smile to cover the sadness. Through it all, I never once thought of suicide. I am stronger than that..that is a coward's way out, and it is a sign of guilt to me.”

Her tell-all film will also include a number of “racy” scenes. In it, she will confess to being with a number of different men, plus there’ll be a scene that will show how she became pregnant.
A source explained the addition of the scenes:
“Casey is really smart. She knows what will get people to watch. She has to tell her side, but she knows what audiences want to see, which is sex. She’s not ashamed to talk about sex, or own up to what she has done in the past. So is the movie going to be racy and explicit? Yes. But it won’t be gratuitous. It’s part of her story. She’s used to controversy.”
Casey’s case first became public knowledge on July 15, 2008. At the time, her mother, Cindy Anthony, called the police to report that her granddaughter was missing and had been gone for 31 days.
The little girl’s mother told police that Caylee was with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez, or "Zanny." That was revealed as a story that was made-up.
Hundreds of people searched for the toddler until she was found dead in December.
