Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, and DJ Yoda are only some of the many people who mourned the death of Bushwick Bill of the "Geto Boys," commemorating his life through a series of photos and kind words.

Snoop Dogg has always been one of the best the music industry has ever seen, and it's not rare for talent to spot talent. According to Snoop, Bushwick is one of the most intelligent men in the world, who welcomed him into the music industry when he was new in the game.

A Genuine Friend

He adds that Bill is an angel and that everything he said is "no cap," which means it's all true and genuine.

Busta Rhymes also decided to share a few words for Bushwick, whom he says was one of the most real and genuine friends he's ever had. Just like Snoop Dogg, Busta treated Bushwick like an older brother, and that's how it'll always remain.

A Unique Character

Meanwhile, DJ Yoda revealed that he actually has a track about Bushwick Bill from a decade ago, sitting on a hard drive. Without expounding on whether or not he was to release this track, he decided to add to his tweet by asking people who didn't know Bill to take two minutes to search him on the internet to find out who he was.

To Yoda, the deceased rapper is one of the most unique people you'll ever encounter, who overcame so many challenges before finally finding success and happiness.

Bushwick Bill passed away after a battle with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Before he passed on, his manager Pete Marrero shared that he was not expected to recover, and so he spent his last few days in the presence of his closest family and friends.

A Sudden End

His death came as a shock to many, especially since Bushwick himself was looking forward to going on a reunion tour with the Geto Boys before finding out that he was sick. He ended up canceling this plans to focus on getting treatment.

Many people continue to celebrate the life he's lived, paying tribute to him on social media.
