Watch Kandi Burruss & Daughter Riley Dance in Todrick Hall's NHHH Challenge

Kandi Burruss and her teenage daughter Riley showed off their best dance moves in a new video shared on their Instagram accounts. The pair had a dance party at midnight in Riley’s brand-new apartment in New York City, where she’s currently doing an internship.

Riley Burruss has learned a thing or two from her famous mother when it comes to showmanship, and a pair of Instagram videos are the proof.

The 16-year-old recently landed in New York alongside her mom to start her summer internship at a law firm, and before Kandi returned to Atlanta, the mother-daughter duo had a home party with their dancer friend Jazmine Robinson.

The three women got down in one video to Todrick Hall’s new hit song “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels,” taking turns in front of the camera to show off their best moves and then dancing to a choreographed routine together.

A second clip shows Kandi, Riley, and Jazmine wearing different clothes and dancing to Fena E’s “Follow Me” while twirling and twerking for the camera together.

FANS’ REACTIONS

Fans filled the reality star’s comment section gushing about Riley and how much she has grown up in the last year.

“Good to see Riley come out of her shell. She got moves too,” wrote one user.

Another added,

“Too cute!!! Look at Riley breaking out of that shy shell!! Go girl!”

And a third one agreed:

“I love how Riley is coming into herself. Good job, mama Kandi!”

A FAST-PACED YEAR FOR RILEY

It’s been an incredible year for Riley so far.

She attended her first prom last April, embarked in a mommy-daughter trip with Kandi to Japan and Corea afterward, and now has taken the first step towards her dream of becoming a lawyer.

Burruss took a video of Riley talking about her first day as an intern, and although she didn’t say much as it is confidential information, Kandi couldn’t be prouder of her gorgeous daughter.

She captioned the clip:

“First day of @RileyBurruss’ internship. Everything went well on @RileyBurruss first day, so I guess it’s time for me to go home. My baby Riley & @Jazmine will be in NYC for the summer. Pray for me y’all! #MyBabyIsGrowingUp."

What an exciting time for Riley. Hopefully, we’ll get to see more of her life alone in NYC.
