Ozzy Osbourne, legendary frontman of Black Sabbath, died in the United Kingdom on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, aged 76. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, including his eldest daughter, Aimee Osbourne, who has long avoided the spotlight.

A close friend of the family shared that Ozzy had always intended to return to the U.K. and live out the rest of his life in his home country, specifically to the family home in Buckinghamshire. "It was where Sharon had spent so long preparing their family home for him," the friend said.

In a joint statement, the Osbourne family said, "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time." The message was signed by Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis Osbourne.

Notably absent from the statement was Jessica Osbourne. Jessica and Louis are the children of Ozzy and his first wife, Thelma Riley. Jessica is his eldest daughter and has long stayed out of the family's limelight.

Hulk Hogan's Cause of Death and Resurfaced Statements from His Wife & Ex-Spouse Revealed

The world of professional wrestling is mourning the loss of one of its most iconic figures after a medical emergency ended in tragedy.

Hulk Hogan, the legendary figure who helped catapult professional wrestling into mainstream culture, died at 71 on July 24, 2025, following a cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida. The WWE icon's sudden passing ends a transformative career that redefined the sport and left a permanent mark on global entertainment.

According to TMZ Sports, emergency responders were dispatched to Hulk's Florida residence around dawn on Thursday. He was carried into an ambulance shortly afterward.

This sudden event comes months after Hulk underwent a successful "little fusion procedure" in May to find some relief for his neck issues. According to a representative, the wrestling star didn't need much recovery time and was making a "quick turnaround."

TMZ Sports quickly pushed back on the report, citing a representative who said Hulk wasn't "close to death" and had only been hospitalized for lingering neck and back issues. According to the rep, the wrestling star was already moving around again and managing the same ailments he had dealt with for years.

Additionally, a few weeks ago, his wife, Sky Daily Hogan, had refuted claims that Hulk was in a coma, adding that even after several heart surgeries, he was doing well.

In the wake of the wrestler’s death, one social media post from Linda Hogan, his first wife, has taken on a new, more somber meaning. Days before her ex-husband died, Linda shared a nostalgic throwback post on Instagram.

Five days before his death, on July 19, his ex-wife shared an unexpectedly sentimental throwback post on social media — which has now become a poignant and prescient tribute.

The post featured an undated photo of Hulk and Linda in the mid-1990s. In the picture, she looked stunning in a tight black shoulderless dress with matching long gloves, while he wore his classic yellow-and-red "Hulkster" WCW outfit.

"The good old days ! [sic]," Linda captioned the post. For many former couples, such reminiscing might seem entirely ordinary. But Hulk and Linda were hardly like most former couples.

Given their scandalous divorce and recent expressions of resentment, Linda’s July 19 throwback post came somewhat out of the blue. Now, after his passing, it seems like a poignant and oddly prescient tribute.

On July 24,2025, the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner officially ruled her death a suicide.

According to the report, the cause was listed as acute intoxication resulting from a combination of amphetamine, antihistamines, and alcohol. The findings confirm earlier suspicions by the New York Police Department, which had been treating the June 17, 2025 death as a likely suicide.

At the scene, Burrell was discovered in the shower, unconscious and unresponsive, surrounded by approximately 100 assorted pills. Her husband, Stuart Claxton, found her between six to seven hours after last seeing her alive around 1 a.m.

Claxton immediately called 911, believing Burrell had suffered a cardiac arrest, but by the time emergency responders arrived, her body was already cold, and attempts to revive her were unsuccessful. Since the release of the official findings, Burrell's widower has declined to comment.
