Joe and Kendra Duggar Announce the Gender of Baby #2, Expected in November

Joseph and Kendra Duggar revealed the big news of their second child's gender in a lovely post on Instagram. The ”Counting On” stars are elated about the arrival of their new child in November.

It’s a baby girl! Joe and Kendra Duggar announced the big news to all their fans with a heartwarming post on Instagram.

The happy couple shared a photo of themselves with their 1-year-old son, Garret. In the image, Joe held on to baby Garret who was sporting a blue jersey with the number 1, while mama, Kendra, held up a little pink jersey with the number 2.

The caption of the exciting post read:

“We are so excited to announce the gender of baby number #2...It’s a GIRL. We are so thrilled to welcome our sweet baby girl this November! “

The stars of “Counting On” first revealed the news about the gender of Baby No.2 in an exclusive interview with US Weekly. The reality TV stars spoke about the immense joy of parenthood, and how they are thrilled to be adding one to their family of three.

“Even though we come from large families, there is nothing like having your own children. We are so thrilled that a little girl will be joining our family! Garrett is going to be such a great big brother, they said"

Joe and Kendra centered the gender reveal party around little Garrett’s 1st year birthday. The couple got their son a smash cake, and when he got to the pink icing in the cake, they dropped the news about their unborn child.

The duo revealed that they were expecting a second child back in April. They shared a photo of themselves holding a decorative balloon of the word ‘baby.’

At the time of the news, they told Us Weekly:

“We are ready to double the fun at our house! We are very happy that our little family will welcome a new addition later this year. Children really are a blessing from God!”

It seems, however, Joe and Kendra aren’t the only Duggar couple seeing pink!

In an interview with Us Weekly, the couple, Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson revealed that their first child is a girl! They mentioned how happy they were about their little one. They said:

“We are so grateful that God has blessed us with a sweet baby girl! If she only knew how loved she is already and how many people are already praying for her! She truly is a gift… a miracle from God.”

This is especially great news for Josiah and Lauren who had previously suffered a miscarriage. It is baby season in the Duggar family, and we cannot be more thrilled about it!
