Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth, 21, and her husband Austin Forsyth, 25, got a chance to hold their stillborn baby just before they said goodbye for good. The post is found below.

Last week Thursday, the "Counting On" couple revealed that a week before, they were informed that their baby's heartbeat was no longer present when they went in to find out its gender.

A day later, the pair posted photos of them looking down at the child, whom they had named Annabell Elise, as she lay in a pink blanket. The tiny baby had on a white cap and was barely visible in the photo.

The caption read:

"We only had her for 20 weeks, Life is fragile and precious. So thankful the Lord gave her to us for that short time! She will be in our hearts forever! Thank you all for your love and support! We can feel the prayers!"

Joy-Anna also thanked her close friend and fellow reality star Carlin Bates of "Bringing Up Bates" for doing her hair and make up for the photos. She was pictured in the second photo of the set.

The third photo showed two other members of the Duggar family, mother Michelle Duggar, and sister Jill Dillard, peering down at Annabell with her parents. The last photo showed a print of Annabell's tiny feet below a coin.

The devastated parents have been receiving tons of support from both their fans and from the family. Parents Jim Bob and Michelle said they were "so sad to hear that Joy and Austin's baby girl passed away mid-way through their pregnancy."

They called the pain "unimaginable" before speaking of having peace through God. Jill also shared words of support next to the gray and white picture which Joy-Anna originally shared when they announced the heartbreaking news.

Jill wrote:

"Joy Joy & Austin, our hearts break for y’all with the loss of your precious Annabell Elise. May God continue to give y’all peace and comfort in the days ahead. We love y’all dearly."

Jessa Sewald expressed similar sentiments saying, "Our hearts are breaking over your loss." Jana Duggar wrote, "My heart aches for you, Joy and Austin! I know this has been a very difficult time for you."

Joy-Anna's sister-in-law, Anna (married to Josh Duggar), also expressed words of comfort. "Austin and Joy we love you both so much and my heart aches for your loss. We look forward to meeting Annabell Elise one day in heaven!"

Joy-Anna and her husband are already parents to one-year-old Gideon Duggar. The loss comes a month after the family said goodbye to their matriarch, Mary Duggar. She was 78 when she died from accidental drowning in Washington on June 9.
