Mary J. Blige Claps Back at Rude Hater Who Allegedly Told Her to Shut up While on Stage

The Queen has spoken! Mary J Blige clapped back at a hater who allegedly told her to "shut the f**k up" at her concert, and her fans are praising the savage and classy response.

Although we are in an era where most thinks it's okay to talk rudely or badly to anybody, Mary J. Blige let her fans know that she will not be accepting such disrespect.

On Thursday, the Hip Hop and soul Queen was on her "Royalty Tour" in Nashville with Nas when she was rudely interrupted by a member of the crowd who screamed the negative words at Blige.

At the concert, the 48-year-old decided to enlighten her fans about negativity when the incident happened. In the video which was shared by the Instagram user, Antonio Jamar, Blige could be heard saying she will keep fighting for the things and people that matter to her; this was before asking her fans to do the same.

However, when she heard the obscene words, the rapper switched things up and fired right back with the words:

"and for the person thats been in here all night saying Mary shut the f--k up, YOU shut the f--k up."

The crowd was ecstatic about the clap back, and most showed their approval by screaming and clapping for the beauty.

At the 2019 BET Awards, Mary J. Blige was one of those who were honored for their tremendous works in the music and movie industry.

At the event, Blige was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, which was presented to her by singer, Rihanna.

The "Umbrella" singer thanked the Queen for being a force to reckon with, and also for setting the bar so high. Amongst other sweet things said about Blige was that she paved the way for lots of black female artists.

Blige graciously accepted the award and used the opportunity to thank and appreciate her fans. She said:

"Without prayer, I would not be here," Blige said while accepting the prestigious accolade. "To my fans, words cannot express how grateful I am and how thankful I am to have you in my life."

With all these successes, it is evident that the 48-year-old isn't planning to slow down anytime soon. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the R&B star will be producing content for Lionsgate with respect to a new deal she signed with the company.

She is indeed the definition of strong, bold, and beautiful, and haters now know not to mess with Blige.
