Kourtney Kardashian Shares Snap Suntanning on a Boat off the Coast of Corsica

Kourtney Kardashian looked absolutely gorgeous in her new post as she sails off the coast basks under the Corsica sun.

Kourtney Kardashian was spotted having fun in the sun as she enjoyed sailing across the Mediterranean waters in a luxurious yacht on Sunday. An Instagram story showed the reality star boasting her incredible figure in a tangerine bikini.

INCREDIBLE PHYSIQUE

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star posed under the Mediterranean sun together with her friend, Simon Huck, and her four-year-old son, Reign. All three of her kids, Mason Penelope, and Reign joined Kardashian on her summer trip to the French island.

The 40-year-old was also spotted in a bright yellow two-piece on Friday, as she sailed from her luxury yacht. Kardashian keeps a healthy and active lifestyle to maintain her figure despite already having three kids.

STAYING FIT

To stay fit, she went on another keto diet this summer, the second time for the star, and shared her most loved dishes with her fans and followers this week. Among her favorites is cauliflower pizza -- a low-carb and lower-calorie alternative to usual pizzas.

The crust is primarily made of grated cauliflower rice, cauliflower, egg, spices, and Parmesan cheese. For the toppings, she puts three kinds of cheese, olive oil, basil, and pepper.

“My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and a half years ago, when I did it for two months,” Kardashian said. “In my experience, I’ve found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat, and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet.”

Earlier this year, Kardashian made a guesting on “Watch What Happens Live” and showed her reaction to a hypothetical engagement happening between her ex, Scott Disick, and his girlfriend, Sofia Richie.

Kardashian gave a very mature response as she said she would send her “congratulations” to the couple. Scott, 35, and Sofia, 20, have been in an official relationship since 2017. Despite their 15-year gap, the couple seems to be in love and mature about their relationship.
